Lauren McElwain will lead everyone in making Shepherd's Pie and traditional Irish soda bread. There wil be Irish beer and cheese and hot black tea and some other surprises! Dessert is still to be decided. Tom Kimmel is a longtime singer, songwriter, entertainer, and poet. And in addition to his many critically-acclaimed albums, songs recorded by the likes of Linda Ronstadt, Johnny Cash, Joe Cocker and Randy Travis, as well as a published book of poems, Tom is also a lover of all things Ireland. He leads annual tours of Ireland, celebrating the small towns, local attractions, and incredible Irish music and musicians. His knowledge of Ireland cannot be beat! Lauren McElwain is the Founder and Director of Cooking as a First Language. She has a passion for food and travel. She has visited Ireland and is eager to share her Ireland travel tips! She has perfected her favorite Shepherd's Pie recipe and can't wait to teach you how to make it!
