Derby Day 2023 will be held at the Foster-Thomason-Miller-Minnix House, 498 S. Main St, Madison, GA, and is being hosted by our friends Elizabeth and David Minnix. The property is the first to be saved by the Conservancy's Endangered Properties Revolving Fund. Join us for the Big Reveal Tour, and be among the first to see the restoration of Madison's Masterpiece on Main!
Derby Day is the Conservancy's only fundraiser of the year and supports the protection of farms, forests, and front porches for future generations.
Enjoy live viewing of the Kentucky Derby with mint julep in hand, a Run for the Roses raffle, a delicious Derby supper, open bar, a live auction, and the return of Stan DeJarnett's big band, the Atlanta Seventeen! Get your dancing shoes out and dance the night away.
