What happens between the Good Fridays(the worst things) and Easter Sunday (new beginnings) in our life? How do we wait through the Saturdays until things get better? What could make the waiting time holy? On this Holy Saturday, just before Easter, come explore learning to breath in ways that facilitate strength and relaxation, moving your body--including praying the Lord's Prayer with movement, practicing learning to be still with your thoughts and emotions, and leave with your own personalized fragrance. Cost is $15.00. (I am not making money on this workshop. Anything over cost goes to Anniston First Church missions.)
