Lunch and Learn Education with Terry Fields Located at RE/MAX Dynamic Of The Valley Alaska Landlord and Tenant Act. (2HRS ECE). A review of the key sections in Alaska Statue that address rental agreements, premise condition statements, security deposits and prepaid rent, landlord and enact obligations, subletting and assignments, remedies for noncompliance, rights to access the dwelling and the abandonment of personal property. The course also includes an annotated copy of the act, providing further examples and resources. Come learn in person and take a break from sitting in from of a computer.
