Hanuman is best known as a warrior in the Indian epic, the Ramayan, a classic tale of goodness vanquishing evil. Hanuman is renowned for his unflinching devotion. He is revered as a symbol of strength and energy. Hanuman's Jayanti, “birthday,” is celebrated by yogis as an opportunity to celebrate and imbibe these qualities. As the son of the wind, Hanuman was a master of Pranayam, “expanding the life-force.” Join us for an in-depth investigation into Pranayam, some of the most potent and overlooked practices of traditional Yoga.
