The Cities of Garfield Heights, Maple Heights and Bedford, invite you to the 2023 Multi-City Black History Month Celebration. Cleveland's own Fox 8 News in the Morning Anchor, Wayne Dawson, will be hosting the event, with Guest Speaker Vince Wilburn, Jr. Vince is an EMMY, and GRAMMY Award-Winning Producer, Drummer, Bandleader and Nephew of one the most influential and acclaimed figures in the history of Jazz and 20th-Century music Miles Davis. The evening will be a celebration of Black Culture, Music and Jazz, America's historically Black art form. Vince will be interviewed by the incomparable Eleanor Hayes to share insights and highlights from his award-winning career, new music as leader of Miles Electric Band and the major impact Miles Davis had on music in the 20th-Century to the present day. The event is free and open to the public. Join us for the celebration!
