Join us for monthly Metal Yoga and Yoga Shred at Erebus with personal trainer, coach, and Metalhead yogi Stephanie Newkirk! This session includes the heart and muscle benefits of HITT, as well as the flexibility and endurance of yoga. Hitt challenges you in a way unlike yoga and is a great compliment to radically BOOST your strength in a quick time. All abilities and fitness levels welcome.
