Esteemed community leaders, advocates, and champions for families across our communities. Join me, along with Senator John Laird, for a tour of a new community center in South Santa Cruz County. I write this invitation with my community organizer 'hat on', as well as that of mom, local executive director, board member, donor, and volunteer investing in our childrens future. You are invited to join a small group of elected officials and local leaders to tour the new Raices y Carino family resource collective (RC Fam). Supporting local community builder and visionary leader; Nora Yerena, founder and co-director of this new multi-culutral / intergenerational resource center serving families across our tri-county areas (Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties) including our Pajaro Valley.
