The Dominate Your Confidence Dine & Dive: THE HONOR CODE is an intimate event hosted by Prophet Toyinda L. Smith of Toyinda LaShea Ministries and is in place to increase the strength, success, and significance of women entrepreneurs as it relates to their Vantage, Voice, Visibility and Vigor. Our theme this year will inspire kingdom women to a place of honor in business and all that she does. Our scripture is as follows. Smith is a licensed minister, affirmed prophet, bestselling author, master coach, business consultant, and global speaker. She is the principal at The Coaching Seat where she provides learning and development strategies and credentials professionals to become certified coaches, speakers and facilitators. She is from Gary, IN and grew up in the Church of God in Christ. Toyinda was saved and baptized at a very young age, however, she made a solid commitment to serve the Lord in 2012. Toyinda moved to South Carolina from Indiana in 2015. In 2016 she was baptized again and have been in a covenant relationship with Father God ever since. From 2019-2022, under the leadership of Apostle Tony and Prophetess Sandra Fairley, she was a faithful member on the leadership team of the House of Refuge Church located in Hartsville, SC. She was licensed and affirmed in 2020 by Apostle Dr. Kathy Matthews and Apostle Tony Fairley. Toyinda is the Founder of Toyinda LaShea Ministries which aims to create stability and sustainability in the Body of Christ. As a kingdom builder she teaches, intercedes and uses her prophetic voice so that kingdom citizens can increase their faith, access abundance and prosperity and live according to biblical principles with maturity and authority. Apostolic Mentor, Patrick J. Brown, Visionary The Prophetic Apostolic Koinonia (TPAK) provides her with leadership and accountability. Toyinda has had global ministry assignments in the Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Santiago, Dominican Republic, Nassau Bahamas and Mexico City, Mexico. Her strong prophetic voice allows her to guide individuals and groups to win in every area of the mindset, re-fire to recover passion, and re-set self to place individuals back on a championship track. She is a champion in her own right having been inducted into both the Indiana High School and Purdue University halls of Fame for Track and Field. Toyinda has championed efforts through transformation assignments with clients including but not limited to, organizations such as Syngenta, Amazon, Dell Technologies North America, Chick-fil-A, and Fifth Third Bank and the Children’s Trust of South Carolina. She earned an associate degree in organizational leadership and supervision and double bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology at Purdue University. She has a master’s degree in student affairs and higher education from Indiana State University. Toyinda also completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate Program through the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Additionally, she is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified through the University of South Florida, Corporate Training and Professional Education Program. Toyinda has 2 insightful collegians, Aryal age 20 and Tristan age 19.
