Let's Get Social! #embraceequity #internationalwomensday #STEM #rtpdei #iwd Convene at the nation's largest research park and join women in leadership and entrepreneurs in RTP for a special morning thoughtfully designed to bring our community together and help you chart your course for a fulfilling and highly energized year. Jes Averhart, master certified life coach and creator of Reinvention Road Trip will lead us through six delightful stops on the Reinvention Roadmap®. Together, we’ll stop at the ‘well spring of gratitude’, get grounded in our 2023 personal and professional goals and do a little ‘star gazing’ along the way. Jes will be joined by Lauren McLaughlin, NCPT - master pilates instructor and co-founder of Conscious7. Lauren will walk us through guided techniques to interrupt the ‘stress cycle’ and improve our overall mental and physical well-being. Every participant will leave with a copy of Jes Averhart's "Reinvention Roadmap" and access to a free video series to help you think through your 90-day plan.
