All attendees MUST register for an appointment time slot, please only attend at the time slot that you're provided. Attendees must come on-time, no exceptions. Eligible Participants: Senior H.S Students attending school within Los Angeles Unified School District. Participants are allowed one guest to accompany them, they must follow CDC Guidelines. Please DO NOT order a ticket for guests. COVID- 19 Health & Safety Guidelines Following Los Angeles County public health guidelines and for the safety of all attendees and volunteers below are the COVID-19 health and safety guidelines PROM DRESS TO GIVE has put in place. Attendees/Guests: All attendees will be required to present either proof of full vaccination status (two weeks since your final dose) or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR) within the last 48hrs. A photo ID (school ID- okay for students) matching the name on vaccination or negative test record will be required. Student must also complete and present LASUD daily pass. Face Coverings: Face coverings are recommended to be worn at all times regardless of vaccination status, unless actively eating or drinking.
