Starts Monday, March 13th (Mondays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for six weeks) ​Class dates: March 13, 20, 27 & April 3, 10, 24. There is no class on April 17th. NOTE: Masks are optional for this series. This series will explore the art of silversmithing, introducing participants to the fundamentals of studio tools, processes, safety, cutting, sawing, soldering, textures, and finishes. Through lectures, handouts, and demonstrations, students will uncover the techniques of crafting jewelry and learn how to apply design principles to their work. Suitable for both beginners and those well-versed in alchemical metalwork. Fee does not include materials. The $50 materials kit can be purchased directly from the instructor. The kit utilizes sterling silver and brass components. Non-members: $250 for 6 weeks. Members: $200.   Open to adults only.
