In this fun, hands-on class you'll learn all the skills needed to make your sushi rolls at home, including a brief history of sushi, how to prepare sushi rice, and how to select sushi-grade fish. Sushi Chef Joseph will do all the cutting for you, and you just have fun learning how to roll your own. You’ll even take home your very own bamboo sushi rolling mat so any night can be sushi night.
While you’re rolling, Certified Sake educator, Hideyo Hayashi, will share a history lesson on Sake and samples of her favorites.
