Race Timeline: 8:00 AM Registration Opens 9:00 AM Race Begins Afterwards we will have food, games, music speakers from Olive Crest, and more. Pets are welcome! Take the opportunity to join us and make a lasting impact on the future of so many lives! On March 11th, 2023, the Beta Rho chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority at San Diego State University will host it's annual Shamrock event to raise money for the prevention of child abuse locally through Olive Crest and nationally through Prevent Child Abuse America. You can help make a difference in the lives of children by being a participant in the Shamrock 5K walk/run or by simply donating to our cause. Our goal is to raise $25,000 for the prevention of child abuse. Of the funds. 80 percent will stay in our community to fund the incredible work being done by Olive Crest San Diego. The remaining 20 percent will go to Prevent Child Abuse America- the leading advocate for preventing child abuse and neglect among our nation's children since 1972.
