Get ready for lots of pasta as we prepare fresh dough, fillable pasta shapes, and build deletable bowl of seasonal goodness. Pasta is a staple at PLAYTE Kitchen because it's fun, a little messy, and easier than you think. Let’s be honest, we also love eating it! In this class, we'll focus on dough preparation and pasta shaping techniques culminating in a deliciously necessary noodle experience. Roll up your sleeves and prepare to get ready to make lots of pasta while we explore the craft of shaping ravioli, tortellini, and agnolotti. Don’t worry, we'll show you how to store and keep your fresh pasta to use anytime you want. This class is for foodies of any experience level, especially if you like playing with your food. On the menu: Pea and Prosciutto Filled Agnolotti with Lemon Cream Sauce made with Fresh Egg Pasta, Pea and Prosciutto Filling, and zesty Lemon Cream Sauce. PLAYTE Kitchen in-person cooking classes are approximately 3 hours in length (2 hours in the kitchen and an hour to enjoy the food you’ve prepared. All guests will be provided kitchen towels, aprons, a class recipe packet to take home, and plenty of foodie fun along the way.
