In collaboration with M&M Services and RVCOG, Jackson County Parks is excited to announce our last willow cutting and staking event of 2023. The willow cutting and staking event is on Saturday, March14, from 9am - 12pm. There will be a variety of activities including trimming branches, cutting stakes to size, digging holes, pounding the stakes into the ground, and trash pick up. The event is best suited for participants 8 and up. We ask that adults do not just drop off kids, but also stay and participate as well. Muckers or hip waders are recommended, but not required. If you have personal supplies such as pruners, loppers, digging bar, gloves etc. please bring them. Parking will be available at Rogue Valley Square Dance Center at 3377 Table Rock Rd in Medford.
