At our Pizza Class you’ll get to practice shaping the dough balls into pizza, to create your own pizza with various delicious toppings and then to cook it in the Wood Fired Oven to perfection! You’ll learn about the dough process, new wood fired cooking techniques and how to achieve the best Neapolitan Style crust even at Home! You will enjoy your hot off the bricks Artisan Pizza with a delightful and educational Wine Tasting experience thoughtfully curated by a sommelier from @Terroir Fine Wine. * Chateau La Graviere, White Bordeaux, 2021. A dry blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. • Corsini Dolcetto d’Alba from Piedmont Italy. A structured but soft, tannic red from this renowned region of northern Italy. * Barbadillo, cream sherry, Jerez Spain. A sweet fortified wine to commemorate the sweetness and love of the holiday. For all the dessert lovers we prepared lovely treats from Woops - a French Macaroon Tree - delicious treats for our sweet Women on such a Special Day!
