The 202 VFW Post 5293 Steel Thunder On Route 66 Car & Motorcycle Show is gearing up for another fabulous event to celebrate the Veterans, Serving Military and First Responders of the 4-States region. This year, Joplin VFW Post 5293 is joining forces with our event sponsors to present a fabulous day of activities to honor the sacrifices made by these heroes and warriors in our community. With this event, we can not only show our appreciation, but we can also raise badly needed funds to help serve the veterans of our community. Please consider joining us as a great community partners to help us in this celebration. Saturday September 16, 2023 at Landreth Park in Joplin, MO. Registration begins at 10:30 AM and all entrants must register by 12:30 PM. Vehicle registration is $20 now until 8/31 then $25 on 9/01. For Profit Vendor Tables are $20. Nonprofit and Veteran Service Organization Tables are Free but limited! Food Vendors are $30. All monies raised will go to provide support locally through the programs offered by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5293 South Joplin, which is an IRS recognized 501(c)(19) organization.
