We are offering a workshop that will teach you how to do water bath canning. This class will be on canning preserves from fruit that is in season. You will learn about food safety and canning as well as the difference between the two different types of canning processes. Please wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair. The series will take place at the One Stop Shop in Dade City: 15029 14th Street, Dade City, FL 33523 NOTE: can't make it on March 3rd?
