The SHOW is the collaboration between Station House and Only Wave, and is the official relaunch of the Reveal series. This year’s SHOW will serve as the 3rd edition of the Only Wave Film Festival, a revolutionary film & arts festival founded by four Tampa filmmakers that sought to create a whole new film experience that centered around modern, short-form content. This collaboration with Station House means the arts festival portion will take place in the lobby on the 2nd floor, and the film festival and after party event will take place on the 4th & 5th floors. When March 18th, 2023 5pm - 8pm Arts Festival 8pm - 11pm Film Festival Good Fortune After Party 11pm Arts Festival The arts portion is free and open to the public, and will take place right in the lobby of Station House. In addition to performances, local fine artists will be set up throughout the 2nd floor displaying and selling their work. Film Festival The film portion on the 4th floor of Station House is an hour-long show consisting of short film projects from Only Wave, live music performances from local artists, and the contest submissions for the Only Wave University scholarships. In a film contest sponsored by Film Tampa Bay and the city of Tampa, 2 filmmakers will be announced at the conclusion of the show. The runner-up will be awarded a check of $1,000, and the winner will be awarded a check of $5,000 towards their filmmaking career. Selected projects will also be premiered the following weekend at the Gasparilla International Film Festival during the Only Wave film block. The upstairs will include a red carpet, step & repeat, 360 camera, additional fine artists displaying their work, live music performances, local vendors from the Reveal series, as well as food & drink provided by Good Fortune.
