Throughout the evening Chefs Nik R. Cole of "Fried Chicken and Caviar", Chris McClendon of "The Sexy Breakfast" cookbook & our very own Executive Chef Davante Burnley will be highlighting traditional southern agriculture & African American cuisine with a modern twist. The amazing team at Vino & Vibes will be pairing each delicious course with a glass of wine from various black owned wine makers.
