We have the honor of bringing Frankie J. @thereddreadhousehead a professional roller skater from London, UK back to Seattle, to not only teach Roller Skate workshops, but he will also be coming to teach House dance classes as well! Each day of sessions will build upon the other, starting with foundations and working our way up! Come as you are! Lessons will accommodate any skill level! All sessions will be at The Beacon. Come prepared and ready to roll! *To participate in SKATE classes you must: Have your own skates Be able to do Skate basics (skating forwards, backward, turns, and stopping). Jam plugs are a mandatory requirement NTS plates/sliders will be prohibited We want to continue to be able to host workshops in the spaces that allow us to roll there! It’s important we leave the space in better shape than we found it. This event is nonrefundable.
