Relax under the stars with an ocean view as the deep and soft tones of the gong and crystal bowls transform your mind, body and spirit. The event may take outdoors on the Spa's Ocean Terrace or in the Relaxation Lounge. Both have a beautiful view of the Ocean. Please be sure to bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your own comfort. These items are not provided. ABOUT CASA RITUALS: Casa Rituals, David Lepp and Marit Tuisk, exquisitely merge the masculine and feminine energies in their sacred sound bath experiences. By bringing the contrasting sides into perfect balance and harmony, participants can experience more joy, authenticity, and depth into their lives. David has an extensive background in the health and wellness field, with more than 25 years of experience in globally known five-star spas connecting with customers worldwide. He guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients. He finds the most joy and passion using Sound Therapy as a primary tool to help improve physical and emotional health. Marit began her mindfulness practice 15 years with Meditation and Energy Work. Her passion lies in holding space for others to connect with who they are and then radiate magic back into the world. She conducts heartfelt cacao ceremonies. She is certified in Intuitive Feng Shui, Reiki I, II and Chinese Energy Medicine, and a Metamorphosis Facilitator. WHERE: Tammy Fender's Holistic Spa inside the Opal Grand Resort In Delray Beach, Fl. The Sound Bath takes place outdoors on the Spa's Ocean Terrace.
