The key to success is understanding who you are and learning your purpose, honoring our commitments, and then taking action. Purpose is the meaning of what we do. It comes from a desire to make a difference and depends on our values. Commitment is saying you're going to do something, then actually doing it. It means making a decision that only you can make, and then acting on it, even when it's difficult or unpleasant. Action is about taking steps, one at a time, to make your goal happen. I, Fatima Bouyer, am hosting my 4th annual Vision Board Workshop and adding in a Self Care Experience and Mental Health Check In. I am so excited to celebrate with you for the 4th year in a row with the goal to inspire you on this journey of self-discovery and success! You are invited to join us in an entire experience as we explore self care practices to make for a better nightly routine, partake in a mental health check in that will make you more aware of your "whole" self, and then we will move on to use the power of visualization to complete powerful vision boards. We will wrap the evening up with one of two options, you can enjoy some soulful journaling or or you can enjoy a soulful painting workshop. We have broken the day up into multiple experiences so that you can curate the perfect day for your health and wellness needs. Pick and choose from a menu of options to develop your perfect vision board experience. * A portion of the tickets sales will go towards donating a box of healthy snacks to LSS Choices. Since 1977, LSS CHOICES has provided counseling, shelter, crisis intervention, education, and community and legal support and advocacy to central Ohio residents facing domestic violence. LSS CHOICES is the only domestic violence shelter in Franklin County.
