Hey coffee lovers, joe isn’t just for breakfast! Learn to integrate coffee into a three-course meal in this hands-on course offered by the Columbus Coffee Festival, The Mix, and CookinGenie. We’ll kick things off with a citrus, arugula and shaved fennel salad topped with coffee vinaigrette. Next, you’ll make New York strip steak rubbed with coffee, fennel, and cocoa nib, served alongside roasted sweet potatoes, spinach, and red onion jam. And for dessert, we’ll make espresso bête noir with red wine-poached pears, cinnamon whipped cream, and sea salt. Class includes a coffee-inspired alcoholic drink or a mocktail.
