It's a new year and we are starting off the 2023 socials with some much needed yoga flow on the beach! SUNSET YOGA SESSION WITH MALLORY HOPES: Cool down with an awesome Sunset Session brought to you by Biz Babes Social. Join Mallory Hopes for an amazing mindful and movement evening practice. Our event will begin with a small journaling exercise followed by a calm viniyoga flow (meditation, calm vinyasa, and relaxing yin poses included). We will begin and end the yoga portion with inspiring and creating positive self talk and self love. Our flow will begin at 6pm. Please bring your own yoga mat. Comfy attire welcomed. Before and after the yoga session we will network and hang out while enjoying some wine and light bites!
