Description

The 5k racecourse will go through the Rock Point Property next to our sugarbush and on the Burlington Bike Path. Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. on the porch at Rock Point SchoolRace begins at 10:00 a.m.Prizes, snacks, and sugarhouse tours starting around 10:40 a.m. or when all racers have crossed the finish line!After the race, we will give out prizes for the winners, and all runners will be entered into a raffle for additional maple-ish prizes! We will also have post-run maple snacks for everyone. Depending on the weather, our sugarhouse will also be open, and the sap will be boiling. Attendees can check out our sugaring operation and ask questions about the process. Race entry fees are $15 per runner, $5 for children under 13. This year, we have decided to donate all proceeds from the race to World Central Kitchen to help with their disaster relief efforts in Turkey.
