The Grand Opening will be held in 2 sessions Session 1 Intro To Muay Thai Self Defense 6:00 - 7:00 PM This is a special invitation to all women and children to join us on this thrilling day where we will have an open house to our Muay Thai teachings hosted by pro muay Thai fighter Carlos Nunez at 2 St Roch Ave, Greenwich CT 06830. Our lead instructor Carlos will demonstrate the art of eight limbs and how you can burn calories effectively, learn a powerful self-defense skill that can be used in real life, boots you and your children self-confidence. Session 2 Muay Thai Practice Training 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Secondly, an additional session is dedicated as an invitation to all men who wants to empower their fitness journey through the practice of Muay Thai. For those who want to also want to enrich their skillset through the martial art in becoming a fighter are welcome to join us to kickstart your journey with us.
