The 1st annual "Be The Light" Benefit Show is organized by activist Interact Club students at Plymouth North and South. This year, all money raised from the event will be donated to Lucy's Love Bus, a local Massachusetts charity that supports families coping with pediatric cancer and whose mission is to deliver joy, comfort, and quality of life to children with cancer and their families through free integrative therapies and holistic support. Lucy’s Love Bus is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that helps children with cancer by providing free integrative therapies such as massage, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, music therapy, and therapeutic horseback riding. Integrative therapies ease children’s pain and anxiety during and after traditional medical treatments. Lucy's Love Bus raises money to help fund the many aspects of care that insurance doesn't cover, whereas treatment covers the physical aspect, this organization focuses on the mental and emotional health struggles of growing up with cancer and supports the entire family, making sure that the treatment process is less stressful. Lucy's Love Bus is a fantastic foundation that we are honored to support. Please come help us make this event a success and also support our talented and generous Plymouth students!
