Meet up with veteran entrepreneurs like you from the Greater Manhattan, KS area on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at The Alms Group, 1202 Moro Street, from 8-9am. This event is a chance to get to know other veteran entrepreneurs and business owners while drinking coffee from a local, veteran-owned business, Galaxy Girl Coffee. This month's meetup features an Entrepreneur Spotlight: Ryan Sajdera of The Alms Group. A former Aviation Officer and an experienced real estate investor, Ryan is passionate about helping service members and families by teaching them about the benefits of real estate while they serve on active duty. This Meetup is at 1202 Moro next to Tanner's Bar and Grill. You may park on Moro between Manhattan Ave and 12th anywhere you can find a spot. The first two hours are also free in the parking garage. To access the parking garage, go north on 14th and turn right on Laramie, or if parking on Moro, go west on Laramie from 12th, turn right on Manhattan Ave and right on Moro. Get to know Ryan: Originally from Wisconsin, Ryan moved to Fort Riley, Kansas, in 2016. While on Active Duty as an Army Aviation Officer, Ryan bought and sold millions of dollars of investment properties across multiple states. His experience in investment properties makes him an excellent choice for buying and selling rental properties, as well as personal residences. Ryan has personally invested in single-family homes, AirBnB, raw land, student rentals, mobile home parks, and residential multifamily buildings. Ryan attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout where he received a bachelor’s degree in health and human sciences. Upon completion of his schooling, Ryan was commissioned into the Army as an active-duty aviation officer. He served eight years as an aviator, including two deployments to Afghanistan and Europe. Following a successful assignment as a Company Commander, Ryan and his family decided to make a career transition to sell real estate full time. Ryan has been married to his wife, Sarah, for eight years, and they have one daughter. In his free time, Ryan loves to go hunting and fishing. Ryan is an active member of his church, and he enjoys volunteer work in his spare time. He is passionate about helping service members and families by teaching them about the benefits of real estate while they serve on active duty.
