This month we are in Orland Park at the Vet Center, thank you to that team for hosting us! SheForce Cafe social hour starts at 1300, a time to socialize, relax and transition into your time and space before the teaching begins at 1330. This month we are teaming up with Where We Meet, Inc. conducts theatre classes, performances, events, and workshops to improve mental health and to create balance in the lives of the individuals served. Is your life balanced? What can you do to honor your She? We will be guided through fun activities from the theatre world, as we discuss and identify our throat chakra needs regarding communication and our mental health. Bring a snack or tea flavor to share that ties in to the throat chakra/mental health/color blue. Wear blue if you can. See you soon! Third Sunday each month!
