Basic Animal Control Officer Training Course and Test on March 28 - 29, 2023. The course will be held at the Department of State Health Services building in Temple. The cost of the course is $75.00 (check/money order). Payment will be collected on the first day of the course.   If you wish to attend the full Basic Animal Control Officer Training Course and Test, please register using the "Full Course" ticket option. You will receive an acceptance packet with important information, including the Pre-Course Assignment, within 5-7 business days. Your registration for the course is not complete until you receive the acceptance packet.   PLEASE ENSURE THAT ANY APPLICANT(S) IS AWARE THAT HIS/HER NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION (I.E. Please make sure you have your payment with you, as we cannot allow you to continue with the class and test unless you have paid on the first day of the course. We are not able to accept payment by credit card or cash.   Who do I make the check out to? Checks should be made payable to Texas Department of State Health Services.   Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do not need to bring your printed ticket with you to the course or test.   When is the test? The test will be held on the afternoon of March 29, 2023.   Can I update my registration information?
