Hello Valentine, I would like to invite you to The Self Love Event for some self care and healing. Travel through the meditative cosmos while connecting to one’s energy within. Adam will create an all inclusive Sacred Safe Space alongside the elements, sounds, spirit guides and energys to bring you a magical experience that is transformative and healing to the mind, body & soul. Set indoors at the beautiful studio Oh Yoga in Orange, California. During this event you will experience: Journal prompts surrounding love and the self.Mirror work.Connecting with flowers through the senses.Guided Meditation.A Sound bath to break down any disharmony or any energy that is out of tune by using sound frequencies, vocals, tones, beats and rhythms. Bringing the body into a more balanced and harmonious state of being.Ends with an Oracle card message.Optional: water with flower essence will be available. You can drink and work with the energy of the flower essence during meditation. Or drink after as an aide to continue your healing journey after the sound bath.ADD ON: Self care package includes - A rose, chocolate covered strawberries, a collagen face sheet mask, a self warming eye mask and a crystal Rose Quartz. This can be used during the ritual or saved for your next self care day.This Event brings an opportunity to get grounded, recharge and connect with your heart space.
