Enjoy a nutritious lunch, and listen as Kelly and Cynthia present, sharing about healthier food choices, non-toxic cleaning products, and safe skin and beauty resources. We will converse about the topic and answer questions on practical doable simple steps, that is not overwhelming and empowers you to become a healthier you. Kelly Love - Co-founder of Branch Basics, a wellness lifestyle brand that makes non-toxic cleaning products to help people create a healthy home. Raised on the standard American diet and conventional products, it wasn’t until college that she experienced the power of living in an environment free of harmful chemicals and eating according to the principles of Food as Medicine. All of the “normal” problems Kelly had experienced most of her life - stomach aches, dry and itchy eyes, painful menstrual cramps, joint, and muscle pain, and even body odor - disappeared! Just because they are common, doesn't mean it is our body's normal, and Kelly is passionate about helping others on their health journeys. She lives in Jackson, Mississippi with her husband and three children. Cynthia Newland - Founder of Alible 3 and Dancer Wellness Care, two companies focused on nourishing and nurturing the body, soul, and spirit and optimal performance. As a professional dancer with a 30-plus year career, educator, speaker, and licensed Health Consultant, Cynthia has experienced the importance of a healthy lifestyle for longevity. She has learned valuable lessons related to foundational health including exercise, rest and sleep, stress management, sunshine, hydration, whole food nutrition, and removing toxins. As a wife, mother of three adult married children, and grandmother of six, she values caring for the next generations in the most optimal ways to benefit their health. Details...
