Bread making does not have to be difficult! The Sourdough Basics Course is designed for students new to baking sourdough loaves. In this hands on class, Chef Laura will walk you through all the critical steps of creating a beautiful loaf of sourdough from feeding and maintaining a starter to pulling a fresh loaf from the oven. Students will leave with an active starter and recipe. At the end of the class you will will feast on fresh baked bread served with a collection of jams and jellies. Two glasses of wine will be served during the class. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases on the day of class (some exclusions may apply). You will have 30 minutes after the class to shop. The cost for this class is $60/person. No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of the event.
