Cancer affects everyone. That’s why the Oxford Derby Jockeys, a group of professionals living in North Mississippi, are determined to raise awareness and money to support our mission to save more lives than ever from cancer. This year, our fundraising efforts will go towards the "Access to Care" initiative, providing transportation and lodging needs directly to our North Mississippi neighbors who are burdened with travel to their cancer treatments.
