We teach American Heart Association (AHA) based Healthcare education: registration is for attendance of any/all classes. ** There is a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $50.00 with tax/fees.** Payment for the balance of the classes will be made on the day of the class. Thanks. ****Please read ALL of this carefully! Most questions will be answered if you do! **** Classes are offered monthly so register early to get a spot. Classes will be held at South Campus of Stevens Creek Church located at - - 3358 Peach Orchard Rd. Augusta, GA 30906. Please use lower entrance. NEW (Initial) certifications for ACLS or PALS, please email --- [email protected]. Due to AHA requirements, the Initial (new) Provider class for ACLS & PALS is Friday evening plus/ and/ again, on Saturday. Renewal classes for ACLS, PALS, and BLS are on Saturday. (Specific class times/prices are listed below but finish reading) Supplemental study guides are available on the website (lifelinecerts22.com); however, it is your responsibility to obtain the AHA Provider manual to study for the course(s) you are attending. - We can accept cash, various apps, credit/debit cards or checks. - Your AHA cards will be sent via email as an ‘eCard’ from AHA. Therefore, you will need to have an active email account. - This registration fee is non-refundable & includes taxes/fees to equal $50. CLASS / COST / TIMES (Saturday): You simply add the cost of each class you plan to take and add(+) them together for your total balance (minus registration fee) to be paid on the day of the classes.
