Description

Christopher Mccandless leaves a complicated legacy among Alaskans. Some idolize him. Others disregard him as a fool, "just another dead tourist." Regardless of perspective On one hand, he was willfully unprepared and lost his life because of it. Then, following his post-mortuous rise to stardom, others paid the same price. But the spirit of adventure, of risk-taking, of forging one’s own path has always been inside human beings, especially Alaskans.
