The event will feature a cocktail hour, offering guests the opportunity to sample locally crafted beer, internationally acclaimed wines, and signature cocktails from local vendors. With Master-of-Ceremonies Bruce Barber of WNPR, the dinner will feature a five-course gourmet meal with guided wine-pairings, designed in consultation with the evening’s Sommelier, James Todeasa and Yale Hospitality’s Executive Chef, James Benson.
