This upbeat flow yoga session is designed to increase mobility, flexibility, and cultivate both strength and endurance. Come prepared to laugh, sweat and find deep rest and relaxation after you’ve explored the edges of your strength and flexibility. Stay to make new friends and enjoy a beverage of choice (beer, seltzer, or cider) from Lost Rhino Brewery. Live music with Scott Kurt Duo starts at 2:00pm! Early Bird Tickets: $27.00 (available until 2/15) General Admission: $30.00 Door Ticket: $33.00 Includes 60 -75 minute yoga class, aroma therapy and a beverage ticket for your choice of Lost Rhino Beverage (beer, seltzer, or cider).
