I invite you to come & join us, Saturday, February 25th, @ 6pm to experience a sacred space for deep release & restoration of the mind, body, spirit. We begin with a heart opening cacao ceremony to set the intention & drop into our bodies as we move into the ecstatic/meditative dance. This will be a space of complete freedom of expression & expansion as we experience movement as our medicine. This will be followed by an integrative guided meditation, accompanied by Reiki & sound healing, with the intention to bring this freedom & expansion into your day to day life. Finally, we will end with a share circle to give space for community, connection & play. Hope to see you all there & can’t wait!
