Energize yourself with this gentle beginners'-friendly Tai Chi class, geared for, but not limited to, our Fremont area active adults.
Adapted from the Chen and Yang styles of Tai Chi, perfect form is not the focus of our class, but addressing the health concerns that many of us have to deal with as we age, such as arthritis, loss of bone density, recovery from stroke, and balance, is our focus, as we stretch, strengthen, and lengthen ourselves, while relaxing our heart and calming our minds.
It's a gently enjoyable way to move our way to health.
This is a FREE class, offered by the Alameda County Library system meant to introduce the various options for fitness and wellness available to our Tri City community of seniors.
