Come learn from TrackGirlz Visionary and Olympian, Mechelle Lewis Freeman, and the Children’s Health Andrews Institute Sports Performance powered by EXOS team. The TrackGirlz Sports Performance Workshop will provide the tools to improve: Mobility Speed Mechanics & Acceleration Strength and Power Nutrition and Recovery Itinerary for the Day: 9:00am Check-in 9:30am Welcome/Dynamic Warm-Up 10:00am - 12:00pm strength, speed (acceleration snd explosive power), and fueling 12:30 Q&A Panel w/Experts Parents are welcome to stay throughout the event or drop off and pick up. There is a waiting area in the lobby. The EXOS staff will also be assisting us for this event. APPLYING FOR A GRANT You can also support our TrackGirlz workshops by donating to enable girls to attend our workshops at no charge to them. Your support is needed in reaching our goal of having over 50% of participant fees waived for attendees, along with contributing toward workshop expenses. *Grants are available for girls to attend at no cost to them. Our programs include empowerment workshopz and grants that provide girls direct access to mentorship, higher education, and sport in their local communities. Direct mentorship opportunities are provided by women from the TrackGirlz community, including Olympians, elite coaches, and industry leaders.
