Mindfulness is the practice of consciously bringing your attention to the present moment, without judgment. We will practice with art, music, and journaling activities.
Mindful art is doing the activity in the present moment. With this class you are in a flow, there is no wrong way to do this. it is always about the process, not the outcome.. Just Bee.
In this class, you will learn simple mindful art practices that promote relaxation, and are stress-free these exercises are for all levels.
February Class
Week 1: Watercolor to music
Donation is $20 per person, per class, and ALL supplies are included in the cost. You will need to sign up for the class at Eventbrite thank you so much.
