This class / fun gathering of learning the art of making pour over is one of my many personal projects. My name is Danni Santiago. I have barista, farming, processing, brewers cup competition experience and is now currently learning roasting. I am hosting a Pour Over class for free because a free class brought me to learn about specialty coffee, till I decided to make it a career for myself. Classes are great ways to make an impact on how we can view this beverage/industry. At the end, I inform consumers, that will eventually make a greater impact for our farmers. Join me as I share to you how to make Pour over, from identiying grind size, water temperature, equipment, recipes, beans, understainding flavor profile up until the story of how I found my passion in serving those who keep the coffee industry alive.
