Sunday Yoga classes take place monthly at Trophy Brewing's Maywood location. Join us inside the brewery or out back on the lawn for a 60-minute yoga flow that is great for all experience levels. Bring your mat and any props you like to use. Registration includes one drink ticket, so stick around after class to enjoy a Trophy pint or non-alcoholic beverage and relax with the crew.
