Do you like Art? Do you like Yoga? Have you ever wanted to try Yoga? Excellent! Come join us today! Yoga In The Moment presents "The Yoga and Art Series," at the historic Beach Institute Cultural Arts Center and Gallery. All skill levels are welcomed. Beginners are encouraged to attend. Your unique yoga and art experience will include 45 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of guided meditation to promote relaxation and stress relief. Class will start promptly at 9:00 am. RSVP today to reserve your spot. Space is limited to maximize the experience. After the yoga session please feel free to explore the museum with a designated tour guide, or check out the gift shop.
