Bad Apple MMA would like to invite you to come join us as we learn from a bjj legend Nick Albin as he gives us lessons on back takes and guard passing. The fist hour and a half of the seminar will be in Gi. We will take an hour long lunch break where food trucks will be available to purchase lunch. The second half of the seminar will be no gi. All schools are welcome!!!
