Description

Join Chef Chelsea, of Tantay, as we take a look at the components of building a ceviche in this evening class. Ceviche is known as the national dish of Peru and shows off some of the great flavours that can be found in Lima. It uses the acidity of limes to cure the fish to give it a unique texture in a medley of peppers, onions, and cilantro. Jose will walk through this Peruvian cuisine, and then take a seat at a wonderfully set table, where we can get to know each other and learn about Peru! In the ancient language of the Incas, Tantay means “to join together.” Let’s cook, sit together and eat!!! If you have any questions about the class or dietary concerns, contact Matt Jones at [email protected] or 517-999-3921.
