Join us as Dr. Brigid McCrea, Alabama Extension Specialist & Author of “Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Keeping Chickens,” walks us through getting started with backyard chickens! Attendees will be provided with training and information on proper poultry husbandry, nutrition, and biosecurity practices to ensure poultry health. This event is free with limited space available.
